Sabie Cycle Tour

2nd – 4th October 2026

The Sabie Cycle is a 3-day, 364km ride with over 7,000m of elevation gain. This challenging route takes cyclists through some of Mpumalanga’s iconic mountain passes and historic towns, offering incredible views along the way. Starting and ending at Merry Pebbles in Sabie, the tour is fully supported by crew and medical vehicles, providing essential nutrition and hydration at roaming water points.

The tour offers a unique cycling experience with a sense of accomplishment after each day. Cyclists can push themselves or take a more relaxed pace to soak in the scenery, all while receiving full crew support for a rewarding ride each day.

𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬:
Registration will take place on Thursday, 1st October between 17:00 – 18:00. Race briefing will follow immediately after Registration. The Sabie Cycle Tour will officially begin on Friday, 2nd October at 06:00.

PACKAGE 1 – Single Day Ride only
Package 1 does not include rider bag, short or medal.
• Solo Rider: R950
• Team of 2 Riders: R1,800 per team

PACKAGE 2 – Tour Only
Daily lunch included
• Solo Rider: R3,250
• Team of 2 Riders: R6,150 per team

PACKAGE 3 – Tour + Accommodation
Daily lunch included
• Solo Rider (Non-sharing): R5,850
• Team of 2 Riders: R10,650 per team
• Additional Non-Rider: R1,890 (accommodation only)

PACKAGE 4 – Tour + Accommodation + Food
• Solo Rider (Non-sharing): R6,850
• Team of 2 Riders: R12,650 per team
• Team of 5 Riders (Sharing a 6-sleeper lodge): R31,250 per team
• Team of 6 Riders (Sharing a 6-sleeper lodge): R36,250 per team
