Africa’s hotel development pipeline has reached its highest level on record, with 675 hotels and resorts representing 123,846 rooms across the continent. The latest Hotel Chain Development Pipelines in Africa report highlights strong growth in planned projects, while East African markets such as Kenya, Ethiopia and Tanzania are leading in projects already under construction.
