For years, one of the biggest questions facing South Africa’s startup ecosystem has been whether high-growth companies can deliver meaningful exits and prove investor returns at scale.
A new study suggests the picture is changing.
The briefing will unpack fresh data on South African VC-backed exits from 2014 to 2026, including emerging evidence of stronger investor returns, larger transactions, new exit pathways, job creation and the next wave of companies that could shape the ecosystem.
