SUMMARY:The Billy Joel Experience with Alexander Broussard
DESCRIPTION:The Billy Joel Experience\nAlexander Broussard & The Lords of Longstreet – The Billy Joel Experience\nDutch pianist and vocalist Alexander Broussard has become one of Europe’s most acclaimed tribute artists. With The Billy Joel Experience he won a prestigious award on national television (The Tribute: Battle of the Bands – SBS6) and has sold out leading theatres all across the Netherlands.\nAfter two sold-out tours in 2024 and 2025, Alexander returns to South Africa this December for a brand new series of concerts. Once again he performs with his own South African band, proudly named The Lords of Longstreet – a playful nod to Joel’s original group, The Lords of 52nd Street.\nExpect an unforgettable evening filled with Billy Joel’s timeless hits, performed with passion, authenticity and world-class musicianship. From Piano Man to New York State of Mind and beyond – this is a show that will make you sing along, dance, and rediscover the genius of one of the greatest songwriters of all time.\nAlexander has shared the stage with Billy Joel’s legendary band members Richie Cannata (saxophone) and Liberty DeVitto (drums) – both of whom gave him their personal “stamp of approval”. Now South African audiences can experience the magic of his show live.\n Don’t miss this chance – join Alexander Broussard & The Lords of Longstreet for a spectacular celebration of the music of Billy Joel.\n
